Booking information
Cancellation policy
- Up to 2 months prior to when your holiday starts: free of charge
- 2 months to 1 month prior to when your holiday starts: 40% of the booked holiday price
- 1 month to 1 week prior to when your holiday starts: 70% of the booked holiday price
- 1 week prior to when your holiday starts: 90% of the booked holiday price
- In the event of non-arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked holiday price
We recommend that you arrange travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
General terms and conditions
The prices listed are quoted in EURO and are per person per day including VAT and the Parkhotel included services. The tourist tax of € 4.00 per person per day (from 15 years of age) is not included in the price and will be charged on site.
arrival & departure
Your room will be ready no later than 14:00 on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 on your day of departure.
Hotel deposit
We kindly ask you to make a deposit of 40% of the total amount per room to confirm your reservation. Once we have received the deposit, your booking is considered a binding reservation.
Pets
Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome at our hotel in Sölden. We charge a final cleaning fee of € 20.00 for pets. We are happy to provide you with a water bowl and food bowl. Thank you for understanding that pets are not permitted access of the wellness area and dining hall. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner with your four-legged friend in our bar area.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Parkhotel.
Car park
A car park, immediately by the hotel, is available to our guests. Limited garage parking spaces in the Freizeit Arena (3 minutes away) are available for a fee of € 12.00 per day.
Somking
All rooms and lounges are smoke-free, but we haven't forgotten our smokers.
There is a smoking table on our terrace with views overlooking the mountains and our rustic smoking huts.
Payment trems
Please feel free to settle your bill by 20:00 on the evening before your departure or from 10:00 on the day of departure at reception. We accept cash, EC debit card, Mastercard or Visa credit card.
